Custom & Personalized Items
All of our products are created specifically for you based on the information you provide, including names, wording, and design selections. For this reason:

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if:

The wrong name, word, or spelling was entered at checkout

You change your mind after placing the order

If a new item is desired due to an error made during checkout, a new order must be placed.
When We Do Offer Replacements or Refunds
We stand behind our work. If there is an issue caused by our error or a production defect, we will make it right.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

There is a grammatical or spelling error made on our end

The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

The final product does not match the approved personalization submitted
