All of our items are made to order, just for you. This allows us to create personalized pieces with care while reducing waste. Because of this, shipping timelines are a bit different than mass-produced products.

Here’s what to expect.

Processing Time

Each order is custom made after it’s placed.

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • This includes printing, embroidery, quality checks, and packaging

Production begins as soon as your order is submitted and cannot be changed once it’s in progress.

Shipping Time

Once your order is complete, it is shipped directly to you.

  • Shipping time: 4–7 business days

  • Total estimated delivery time: 7–9 business days

Shipping times may vary slightly based on your location, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Made-to-Order Disclaimer

Because each item is produced specifically for you:

  • We do not ship same-day

  • Orders cannot be modified once production has started

  • Delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed but are accurate for most orders

We appreciate your patience. Thoughtfully made pieces take a little extra time.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • High order volume

are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
